When will I get access to the dashboard? You'll receive access to enter your preferences after our initial AHPRA verification (Step 2). Full credentialing portal access is given after your introductory call, CV submission, and satisfactory reference checks (Steps 4-6).

Do you work with IMGs (International Medical Graduates)? Yes — as long as you have current AHPRA registration. You may need to provide international police checks depending on your training location.
How long does credentialing take? Most doctors complete credentialing within 5-10 business days after Step 5 (CV and references), depending on how quickly documents are uploaded and verified. What if I have questions during a placement? Your dedicated consultant is available throughout every placement. You'll also receive emergency contact information during your pre-placement orientation.
